Care & Maintenance

All products manufactured by BAB Aluminium Pty Ltd are built to give years of functional service with minimal maintenance. However, given the harsh Australian environment we recommend the "Care & Maintenance" procedures are followed to maximise the life and to maintain the appearance of your product.

All surface finishes should to be washed with mild detergent (eg - car washing liquid) using a soft cloth then rinsed with clean water. The heat deflection grooves in the seat plank can be cleaned using a scrubbing brush with plastic bristles.

• DO NOT USE steel wool, abrasive cleaners, chemicals, scrapers or scourers.
• Frequency
  • Domestic use: 3 monthly
  • Industrial or Commercial: monthly
  • Wet areas (pools or change-rooms): monthly
  • High salt or chemical areas: weekly
• All products should be periodically inspected
• Check for damage
• Check that the nuts and bolts remain tight.
